Into this vintage enamelware lobster pot, I cook up some Maine grown corn on the cob, Maine Lobsters and some locally collected Softshell Steamer Clams. While I was waiting for the pot to do its thing, I also consumed a bunch of Cherrystone hard shell clams, also local.
For those of you who think my cooking videos need more talking, Here I am chattering away for about 40 minutes about Maine shellfish and how I eat them.
